Late Delivery Protection

We stand by our shipping timelines. If your parcel arrives outside the estimated delivery window, email our team at hello@Tessreo.com. We will credit you with $1 cashback alongside a $5 voucher toward your next purchase.

In the rare event of major postal bottlenecks causing transit to exceed 60 days, we issue an immediate full refund. Should the package arrive after your refund has been processed, keep the shipment at no charge.

Rest of the World:
For regions outside our primary list, local customs handling and regional routes can take between 35 and 45 days. Every shipment includes end-to-end tracking. If transit takes longer than 100 days, we provide a complete refund or send out a free replacement via an alternate carrier, whichever you prefer. If the delayed package eventually arrives, it remains yours to keep.
